Format:
1. In-game Name.
2. SteamID.
3. Give a 3-5 sentence paragraph explaining what you could provide for the server.
4. Give a 2-4 sentence paragraph on why we should choose you as a staff member.
5. Age(Ex. 1/1/1995)
6. If somebody were to threaten to do something that would potentially harm the server, what would you do?
